More Than a Tree
Some plants provide fruit. Some provide shade.
A few seem to collect memories.
The Mimosa Tree, sometimes called the Silk Tree, is one of those plants.
Over the years we've heard stories from customers remembering a grandparent's yard, an old farmhouse, a childhood swing hanging beneath the branches, or the sweet fragrance drifting through warm summer evenings.
For many people, finding a Mimosa tree isn't simply buying a plant—it's bringing home a memory.

Why We Grow Them
Mimosa trees offer so much beauty so quickly. Their attractive fern-like foliage, the blooms draw pollinators throughout summer, and the fragrant flowers are a favorite of bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Once established, Mimosa performs well in Oklahoma heat and challenging soils. the open canopy provides filtered shade ideal for understory plants and grass to thrive underneath.
Mimosa remains one of the most requested plants we grow. Every year we hear stories of grandparents' yards, old homesteads, and summer evenings spent beneath the blooms. We hope these trees continue creating memories for another generation.
